How to withdraw your funds

Bank withdrawals - temporary technical issue.
If you’re trying to withdraw cash to your bank account, we’re aware there are currently technical difficulties with Payit. Your transaction may “hold” in the system and not complete.
Your funds will not be lost and will automatically “unhold” and refund back into your account at midnight, so you can try withdrawing again.

We’ll remove this message as soon as the issue is resolved. We really do apologise for any inconvenience.

How to withdraw your funds

To cash out your funds, you will need to first login to your account with your Aber Aspire account email and password.

Once logged in, go to 'My Account', "Edit My Details" to check you have the correct 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) mobile number on your account. This will need to be linked to a device that you have access to while you are withdrawing your funds.

Once you have confirmed that the 2FA number is correct, go to 'My Account', "My Funds" and then select "Pay into Bank Account".

On this page, you can check the mobile number has updated, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your reason for the withdrawal.

After the withdrawal request has been confirmed, a transaction reference number will display. Save this reference number and follow the on-screen link to pay the requested funds into your bank account.

If your withdrawal shows a status of 'In Progress', please refresh your screen until the status updates to 'Click Here to Claim Your Funds' shows. (Please note this may take up to 5 minutes)

You can then click on this link and follow the Payit process to receive the funds into your bank account.

That's it! Your funds are usually paid instantly but, in some instances, can take up to 2 hours.
